Resilience

The Resilience Programme

In times of economic pressures and uncertainties, one thing we can be certain of is that there are challenges ahead. We developed the programme in response to a shift in the needs of our clients. Rather than focus on stress and it's effects, clients were coming to us asking what they could do about it. They wanted to rise to the challenges they faced, learn to manage themselves and their teams better so that they could build for the future. We believe that in 2012 the need for individuals, teams and organisations to build and practice resilience will never be greater. We don’t know what challenges lie ahead, but drawing on our inner resources of strength provides us with the ability to overcome obstacles, build for the future and achieve greater things. Our programme aims to help individuals harness that innate, inner strength.
