Dear Julia

I am not one who normally feels comfortable in writing to somebody to ask a question about me.  I am only concerned with normally looking after other people and think of myself last.

I wonder if you could help me.  I am having great pain in my back and shoulder.  I have an employer who is making me work long hours without a break in front of a computer.  I find my work stressful because I work hard for my employer who is very bad tempered which affects my nerves.

Could you help me please?

Thanks.

Jill

Dear Julia,

I have been suffering from migraines for the last ten years, but more recently they have been occuring more frequently. I am 59 years old and whilst I get regular exercise, my diet could be improved. I take tablets for high blood pressure and when the migraine strikes I take painkillers. I would like to explore an alternative way of dealing with these issues and any suggestions you could give to me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Lillian
