Lower back pain is a frequent problem, which responds very well to No Hands Massage. This is usually indicated as the lowest five vertebrae, called the lumbar spine. Despite being the largest of all the vertebrae, the lumbar are most vulnerable to poor posture and repeated bending tasks. Often, discomfort which is perceived as lumbar pain, is tightness in the upper buttocks, or possibly a combination of both areas. This area is usually included in a treatment.
The No Hands
Massage approach helps to loosen this most niggling of all areas,
by softening the muscle and encouraging the tissues to 'let go'. For further details please contact Roger Hounslow.
