Having worked in an osteopathic practice for some years, I have received a number of referrals from my colleagues. Having provided a course of osteopathy, they often suggest to their clients, that massage would further assist their recovery. Often, tight contracted muscles are a major contributory factor to the client's problem.

It is difficult to state which treatment is the one for every client, as each individual is different, with their own particular problem(s). Restricted, painful movement can be relieved with the' soft touch' approach, afforded by No Hands Massage. In many cases, it is massage which affords the release to get the client mobile again.
