Meet the Therapist: Julia Swann

Interviewed by Ann Webster

What strikes me initially about Julia is her innate interest in other people.  The time we have put aside is for me to find out more about her, but we spend the first 20 minutes of the conversation talking about me and my work, my cats and my health (and offer to help with my back problems)!

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a holistic complimentary health-care discipline. In the first treatment a consultation is carried out with the client and recommendations made for oils to use in their daily life with a treatment plan with treatments recommended to improve the physical and psychological well-being. Essential oils should only be used externally. Aromatherapy treats the whole person, mind, body and spirit.

Essential oils blended together especially for you have different properties are your unique combination to relieve symptoms. Our specialist Julia Swann uses a series of techniques to apply the oils. This can be either directly to the skin, by a vapouriser or in skin care products in the Herbie Therapie range.

The blend is made for each individual to help the client regain physical, mental and spiritual health and balance.
