‘How to be Happy’ workshop

Charlotte Walton will be running a 2 day workshop on ‘How to be Happy’ at Reaseheath College on 1st and 15th October. 
The course is suitable for anyone seeking greater understanding on ‘How to be Happy’ and will look at defining what happiness is, identifying and removing obstacles to happiness and learning about the gift of happiness.
