In the first treatment a consultation is carried out with the client and recommendations made for oils to use in their daily life with a treatment plan with treatments recommended to improve the physical and psychological well-being. Essential oils should only be used externally. Aromatherapy treats the whole person, mind, body and spirit.

Essential oils blended together especially for you have different properties are your unique combination to relieve symptoms. The blend is made for each individual to help the client regain physical, mental and spiritual health and balance. Advice is given on lifestyle, dietary, exercise and home products.

Aromatherapy may be used for beauty, moods and emotions, relaxation, healing, improve the mind and spirit. It may also be used for the following physical and psychological problems. Anxiety, stress or insomnia, muscular aches and pains, headaches, digestive problems, menstrual or menopausal problems, arthritis, period pains and problems, headaches and migraines, sinusitis, depression, skin complaints such as psoriasis and eczema, nervous tension and PMT.

Treatments are recommended once a week. Aromatherapy has the power to make you feel better when you are feeling low and can generally be used to improve conditions in preference to filling your body with chemicals.
